We cater to children from newborns baby up to 16 years old, providing a wide range of products suitable for each age group for both boys and girls.

Are your products safe for children?

Yes, all our products undergo rigorous safety checks to ensure they meet or exceed national safety standards.

Yes, KidsPacific is a family owned and operated business. All clothing is designed and accessories are cut and manufactured by a skilled team of craftspeople. 

How do I determine the right size for my child's clothing?

We provide detailed size guides for each product to help you choose the perfect fit for your child. If you need further assistance, our customer service team is happy to help

The best way to contact us is via email: support@kidspacific.co.nz or through our contact us page. Please no direct messages on our social media channels. We will aim to respond to emails within 24hours - excluding weekends and public holidays.

Yes, we provide shipping services internationally

What courier services do you offer?

We deliver product with third party reputed courier service in New Zealand, Australia and India. Delivery of products may take in-between 6-10 days.

Do you offer express delivery?

We do not currently offer express delivery, but keep an eye out as this is something we are working on for the future.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, and bank transfers, to provide convenience for our customers across different regions.

I need to change an item/size in my order, is this possible?

If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed, we may not be able to cancel or make changes to the order.

The address on my order is incorrect, can this be updated?

If the address on your order is incorrect, please email our Customer Care at support@kidspacific.co.nz Team with the correct address as soon as possible so we can update this before the order is dispatched.

Can I have my order gift wrapped?

Yes, we do offer gift wrapping service with some charges.

I have not received my order confirmation or dispatch email, what should I do?

Please email us on support@kidspacific.co.nz with the name and email the order would have been placed under so we can resend the order confirmation or dispatch email to you.
